ELIGBILITY: Newport News Redevelopment and Housing Authority employees may not bid on vehicles offered. All bidders must be over 18 years of age. GURANTEE WAIVER: All vehicles are offered for sale (as-is, where-is). The Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose ofthe vehicles offered for sale. The buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages-special, direct, indirect, or consequential. DESCRIPTION WARRANTY: Seller warrants to the successful Bidder that the vehicles offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for mis-description must be made prior to removal of the vehicles. If the Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep vehicles and refund any money paid. The liability of the Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the vehicles. Please note that upon removal of the vehicles, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. INSPECTION: Vehicles offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the vehicles prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated herein. Vehicles can be inspected (not driven) on September 30, 2025 and October 1, 2025 between the hours of 9:00 am -12:00 noon. The inspections will be held at 811-C Taylor Avenue, Newport News, VA.
