The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the proposed Grading, Drainage, Base & Pavement Improvements for Galilee Church Road, Et al. as shown on the construction drawings. In general, Phase 1 construction consists of earthwork, road base construction, storm drain installation, paving, and striping of 2.06 miles of roadway and all associated measures for the complete project. Phase 2 construction consists of earthwork, road base construction, storm drain installation, paving, and striping of 0.41 miles of roadway and all associated measures for the complete project. Time allotted for completion of all work is 240 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion. Work shall be complete and ready for contract close-out with 254 consecutive calendar days. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
