The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, support equipment and any miscellaneous supplies not specifically listed in this scope of work but necessary to meet the intent of this Contract. Pace is seeking services from an experienced commercial office building janitorial servicer. The Contractor shall provide services for Pace’s two-story, 60,000 square foot headquarters facility with approximately 250 employees. Pace Headquarters is located at 550 West Algonquin Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60005 and has the following amenities: A. First Floor: Twenty-four (24) offices, seventy-one (71) workstation cubicles, one (1) conference room, one (1) board room, one (1) lunchroom, and one (1) executive office area. B. Second Floor: Twenty-six (26) offices, one (1) conference room, one (1) open office area, and one hundred fifteen (115) workstation cubicles. C. Four (4) single stall restrooms with sinks. D. Four (4) multiple stall restrooms with a total of fourteen (14) toilets, fourteen (14) sinks, and four (4) urinals. E. Seventeen (17) paper towel roll dispensers and two (2) tri-fold dispensers. F. Five (6) coffee stations, five (5) with sinks (pantry style). (2 on 2nd floor and kitchen + 1 kitchen + 1 in HR + 1 in 132) G. Six (6) full size refrigerators.
