Provide all materials and labor to remove the existing heating water boiler Provide all labor and materials to install (2) new condensing boilers. See attached boiler schedule. Each new boiler BTU output must be sized appropriately to meet system load demands. See attached drawings. Physical dimensions of the new boilers must also fit into the space made available by the removal of the existing boiler. Use the existing water connections, gas connections, and electrical connections. Re-pipe as needed to accommodate the new boilers. Existing energy management and automation hardware must be reconnected and functional where applicable. Perform start-up on new boilers and set combustion to factory specs. Execute the work to minimize the disruption to the occupants. New system must be fully operational and inspected by a MUW representative before the project is considered complete.
