* Contractor will be responsible for the completion of each Cx project and will maintain consultant staffing consistency for each. * Cx tasks will be performed transparently and involve the Metro representatives, building engineer, and operations staff to the greatest degree possible. * Services will be performed in compliance with industry standards and all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations (including TOSHA and OSHA rules and regulations), in addition to General Services Design and Construction Guidelines attached to this RFP. * Deliverables for each Cx project will include but are not limited to: * Report and document preparation * Periodic progress reports/meetings * Preparation for and participation in briefings and presentations to Metro staff, contractors, citizens, and other Metro agency personnel. * Services required will include, but are not limited to: * Evaluations * Investigations * Analysis * Recommendations * Cost and time estimates * Testing reports * Studies * Designs * Field inspections
