Respondent shall develop and implement a sampling protocol that ensures representative wastewater samples are collected from designated collection points within the Agency’s wastewater system. 4.1.1.2 Respondent shall collect composite samples at two (2) times per week or a frequency determined by the Agency. 4.1.1.3 Respondent shall ensure that samples are stored and transported in a temperature-controlled environment and delivered to the testing facility within 24 hours of sampling. 4.1.2 Testing Facility Requirements 4.1.2.1 Respondent shall utilize a testing facility that is NELAC (National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference) certified or equivalent. 4.1.2.2 Respondent shall use RT-qPCR methodology and other methods required to provide both qualitative and quantitative results. 4.1.2.3 Respondent shall provide test panel to detect and quantify the following at minimum: o SARS-CoV-2 (N1 and N2 gene targets) o Influenza A & B o Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) o Norovirus GI & GII o Measles and other diseases as required 4.1.2.4 Respondent shall provide normalized results using at least two of the following: o PMMoV o Flow Rate Adjustment o Population Based Normalization o Creatinine/Ammonia normalization 4.1.3 Data Analysis and Reporting 4.1.3.1 Respondent shall provide a Secure Web based dashboard for Trend Analysis, Geographic Distribution, Comparative Data, and Statistical Indicators. 4.1.3.2 Respondent shall provide API Access for integration with Agency data systems. 4.1.3.3 Respondent shall provide reportsrequired within 72 hours of collection including: o Raw and Normalized concentration data o QC Metrics o Interpretation of findings relative to historical trends o Early Warning indicators when spikes are detected
