Widening and realignment of Old Lebanon Dirt Road from Chandler Road to Moreland Drive expanding the roadway from 2 to 3 lanes with a multi-use path along one side. The project also includes adding paved shoulders, guardrail, recoverable slopes, and drainage improvements including multiple box culverts and bridges. Required Scope of Services: Full construction inspection and documentation in accordance with industry standards, including but not limited to daily field reports, construction quality assurance, and quantity measurement and documentation; Conducting pre-construction and monthly progress meetings, including producing agendas and minutes; Material testing, subgrade proof roll, and asphalt density testing; Shop drawings review and RFI response; EPSC inspection and oversight; and Processing pay requests, change orders, punch lists, and project close-out documents.
