1. Pre-Design & Assessment o Site analysis and survey (topographic, boundary, and utilities) o Environmental review and permitting requirements o Public engagement as directed by the City 2. Master Planning & Phasing Plan o Develop phased implementation strategy o Provide cost estimates for each phase 3. Design Development & Construction Documents o Civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing design as required o Ball field layout to current standards (e.g., Little League, softball, or other applicable) o Irrigation, lighting, and drainage systems o ADA-accessible facilities 4. Bidding & Procurement Assistance o Preparation of bid documents and specifications o Assist the City with bid review and contractor selection 5. Construction Administration o Provide oversight during construction, including site visits, shop drawing review, and final inspection o Certify project completion
