1. Project Scope The Selected vendor will be responsible for: 1.1 Providing Microsoft Government Office 365 Licensing • Microsoft Government Community Cloud (GCC) Licensing • Pricing for the following licenses: o 20 Microsoft Exchange Online (Plan 1) GCC annual license o 47 Office 365 G3 GCC annual licenses o 20 Microsoft Entra ID P1 GCC annual licenses • Any necessary licensing consultation 1.2 Email Migration Services • Migration of approximately 60 mailboxes from hosted Exchange to Office 365 • Transfer of emails, calendars, contacts, and associated metadata • Minimal disruption to end users • Cutover, staged, or hybrid migration plan as needed • Mailboxes will range from 200 MB to 45 GB 1.3 Security and Compliance Requirements • Compliance with CJIS, HIPAA, or any applicable municipal security regulations • Multifactor (MFA) integration • Data encryption during transit and at rest 1.4 Post-Migration Support & Training • End-user training and documentation • IT administrator knowledge transfer • Post-migration support period (e.g., 30 days)
