MTA is seeking firm, fixed pricing for all necessary labor, materials, equipment, vehicles, andtransportation for the removal and disposal of refuse and debris from outdoor lots as well as interior spaces andstructures(including subway stations) owned by the Authority in the boroughs of the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn,Staten Island and one (1) location in Yonkers, NY for 5 years. The materials to be removed shall include, but not be limitedto, non-hazardous waste material including common refuse and debris, soil, stone, wood, scrap metal, appliances,plastics, tires, and other items. Also included are trees, shrubs and other plant debris, including other material living, dead,cut or fallen, logs, stumps, roots, and branches.
