VISUAL & PRESENTATION IMPROVEMENTS (PART A) The Justice Center conference room currently offers two large-scale projection screens. One is owned and operated by the City (located on the right wall); the other is owned and operated by the film screening non-profit (located behind the dais and unavailable for City use). The City-owned LCD projector and screen are still in working order; however, the location poses visibility issues and because of its age, it is not wireless. A successful proposal shall address the following concerns: SCREEN VISIBILITY: Presentations need to be comfortably viewed by everyone. The current set-up requires us to change the direction of the chairs to face the screen. People sitting at the dais do not have full view of the screen and often need to sit in the audience during presentations.
