Valley Water is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform biennial electrical preventive maintenance and testing services at the Almaden Campus in San Jose. The scope includes testing, calibration, and inspection of electrical systems serving the Maintenance Yard, Crest Building, Headquarters Building, Water Quality Lab, and other locations as outlined. Work must follow ANSI/NETA MTS-2015, NFPA 70B, and applicable ASTM standards. Testing will occur on two weekends to accommodate facility shutdowns and must be completed within 90 days of Notice to Proceed. Deliverables include a work plan, schedule, test data, and final reports with recommendations on equipment condition. Contractors must hold a valid C-10 license and NETA accreditation.
