City Hall is the seat and administraƟon building of the City of Buffalo government, located in downtown Buffalo, New York. It is a thirty-two (32) story building of which twenty-six (26) floors have funcƟonal use and/or acƟviƟes. The facility houses both the legislaƟve and the administraƟve offices of the City government in addiƟon to Buffalo Public School administraƟve offices. It is esƟmated that approximately 2,000 people including City and Buffalo Schools employees, visitors, and guests come through City Hall daily for business transacƟons, of which a reasonable number may possibly patronize the cafeteria food services on an intermiƩent basis and/or a daily basis. The cafeteria service is located at the lower level (Basement) of City Hall, where food and beverages are prepared and/or served during regularly scheduled hours. The cafeteria includes the following areas: food storage, preparaƟon, serving, ware-washing and seaƟng (see Map & Drawings of The City Hall Cafeteria, Exhibit A). The City will provide space, water and sewer, natural gas and electric uƟliƟes, non-expendable equipment (see Inventory of City Assets, Exhibit B). The Operator is responsible for telephone, cable television, and/or internet services.
