The base bid project to include the construction of the proposed Parkview Road streetscape and stormwater improvements project, the Graham Road and Long Road stormwater improvements project and the additive alternate of the concrete lining of approximately 370’ of an existing ditch between 16th Avenue and McKeithan Street. The Parkview Road Improvements project is a streetscape and stormwater upgrade initiative. Construction will involve full-depth asphalt paving, installation of new concrete curb and gutter, reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) for stormwater conveyance, catch basins, and concrete sidewalks. The existing curb, gutter, and storm pipes will be removed, and front lots will be regraded to eliminate swales and improve drainage connectivity.
