Daily • Empty wastebaskets into outside trash dumpster. • Spot clean break room and conference room tables, chairs, counter tops, etc. • Clean and sanitize drinking fountains. • Spot clean entrance & lobby including all interior glass (partitions and doors). _________________________________________________________ Weekly • Dust all furniture, desks, chairs, office machines, etc.* • Dust all horizontal surfaces to 70", including sills, ledges, moldings, picture frames, ducts, etc.* • Vacuum fabric upholstered furniture and damp wipe plastic or leather upholstered furniture. * • Clean cleared off areas of tables and counter tops. * • Dust all exposed filing cabinets, bookcases, shelves, etc.* • Remove fingerprints from main/throughway doors, frames, light switches, kick and push plates, handles, railings, etc. • Clean entire lobby, stairwells, entrance, and all interior glass (partitions and doors). __________________________________________________________ Monthly • Dust, clean and sanitize telephones. • Remove dust and cobwebs from ceiling area. * • High dust (above 70”) all horizontal surfaces including moldings, pipes, ledges, ducts, and HVAC diffusers & collectors. * • Wash wastebaskets (if needed). __________________________________________________________ Quarterly • Vacuum/dust vertical & mini blinds. • Clean and polish furniture including desks, chairs, cabinets, tables. *
