Evaluator work involves: Information gathering and documentation in relation to the projects grant goals and objectives. Including partner and participant surveys and focus groups. Creation of a detail evaluation plan and revisions as requested by the grant lead, SCC, and the USDOL Revise and further develop the project’s logic model/theory of change document. Develop a data dashboard and data collection tools. Conduct data collection activities (various). Regular contact and project management activities with SCC. Required reporting – Verbal and written reports as required, which will include annual impact and accomplishments, and evaluation reports at the conclusion of each year of the grant. Final evaluation report.
