1. One Senior Project Manager (PM) shall manage Corps for All, Access for All; and one Senior PM shall manage Dynamic Paths, Tomorrow’s Corps Today, and A Better Place To Work. The Senior PMs shall be responsible for providing project management services to complete each strategic trail through full transformation. The trails are further described as: • Corps for All - CCC and the Corps movement should reflect the diversity within California and of the communities we serve. • Access for All - The CCC is committed to delivering access to our program’s benefits to every Californian. • Dynamic Paths – establishing education and training pipelines to prepare young adults for meaningful careers. • Tomorrow’s Corps Today - anticipating, identifying, and preparing for emerging trends in conservation, climate action, and workforce development. • Better Place to Work - expanding public awareness and fostering a culture where the CCC is a competitive and compassionate employer. 2. Both Senior PMs will collaborate and work directly with California Conservation Corps(CCC) Executive Leadership and stakeholders.
