The Consultant shall manage the CBMP Program in coordination with WSDOT, with input from program partners, and include the following elements. The Consultant will be the primary point of contact for all past and current Mentor and Protégé participants, provided by WSDOT. The Consultant will lead and coordinate bi-weekly meetings with support from CBMP representatives, including meeting minutes. The agenda may include Protégé needs, cohort developments, outreach requests, program successes, concerns, or other programrelated topics. The Consultant will fund and update the CBMP Website with new content updates for each new cohort. The Consultant will work with CBMP representatives to review and suggest revisions to existing intake forms, assessment documents, templates, and other program materials. To be completed within 30 days of an executed agreement. The Consultant will work with CBMP representatives, develop and maintain an outreach strategy focused on identifying potential protégés and mentor participants, including opportunities for CBMP representatives to engage and recruit additional participants. The Consultant will lead the development and maintenance of a CBMP Program Manual, to be provided to WSDOT, which outlines the following: Program goals, Program eligibility, participant responsibilities, administrative roles and responsibilities, Program processes, and key performance indicators. To be completed within 60 days of an executed agreement. The Consultant will use program-approved intake forms to assess potential program candidates for program fit, and when necessary, use the bi-weekly program meetings to review evaluations. At cohort launch, the Consultant will provide a report detailing participant data and include all performance measures and benchmarks developed in collaboration with agency representatives to track firm growth.
