• Create a layout and design plan for every aspect of the Airshow to provide quality customer service, sponsorship fulfillment and safety; • Obtain all necessary permits and licensing as required by law; • Comply with all federal, state and local governmental laws, regulations, codes and ordinances; • Assist in obtaining all necessary FAA waivers and Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs) as required; • Parking and bussing; • Provide Airshow operations to assist in managing aviation assets on the ground and planning for staging and movement of aircraft before, during and after the airshow; • Contract with performers and other industry professionals required to build a safe and entertaining Airshow; • Secure Airshow sponsors to include title sponsor; • Provide all guest services (including, but not limited to: concessions, bathroom facilities, ticketing, security barricade and fencing, on and off-site shuttle service and parking, manage parking, waste management services, emergency medical service coordination and event souvenirs); • Provide chalets for the host and sponsors, including tables and chairs • Provide compensation packages for displaced businesses within Air Box (estimated 6-8 businesses); • Provide pre-Airshow publicity and advertising that meet the Airport Director’s approval including maintaining the Airshow website; • Solicit non-Airshow entertainment opportunities throughout Rochester area to include sporting events and local attractions; • Provide Air Boss Services that meet the Director’s approval, including sound system, trailer and associated equipment; • Provide Airshow Announcer that meets the Director’s approval; • Provide its own employees and/or subcontractors supplies necessary to complete the services described herein which include venue set-up and teardown, concession and hospitality services; • Assist in developing an Airshow act schedule while considering the commercial airline service schedules at the airport
