1. Door slab shall consist of 14-gauge steel metal door 2. 12-gauge frame shall be continuous weld or fully welded, rated by SDI-100 3. 7-gauge hinge 4. Fire doors rated per NFPA 80 minimum 1 hour rated 5. Install frames in accordance with SDI-105 6. Each door shall require emergency type panic exit door release 7. Each door installed with Best Brand, 7 pin, 1 ¼” Mortise Cylinder with removeable core. 8. 5 keys provided for each lock for each door 9. Master key system plan for all cylinder locks installed 10. Each door installed with commercial heavy hold open type door closer 11. Each door installed with exterior sweep as shown in Addendum 1 (section J.2) 12. Each door installed with stainless kick plate (minimum 10”H X door width) 13. Each door includes an exterior pull plate with integrated deadbolt locks with the interchangeable mortise cylinder lock system. 14. Utilization of acceptable sealant types are located in Addendum 1 (section J.2).
