TRN-01 Transition activities must occur between the Contract Effective Date and the Operations Start Date. The Operations Start Date will be determined by the System Agency upon written confirmation to the Contractor that all transition requirements have been successfully completed. The Contractor may not begin operational activities without written approval from the System Agency. TRN-02 The Contractor must ensure a successful transition of services from the incumbent vendor to the Contractor. TRN-03 The Contractor must meet with System Agency no later than five (5) Business Days from the Contract Effective Date. During this meeting, the Contractor shall introduce all key personnel and other individuals essential to Contract performance, including a description of their roles and responsibilities. TRN-04 The Contractor shall, upon request by the System Agency, provide virtual training sessions for Technical Users. TRN-05 The Contractor must provide the following Deliverables via an online portal in accordance with the due dates specified in Section 2.1.8 (Deliverable Requirements): a. Technical Documentation; b. Administrative User Training and Setup Package; c. Technical User Training Package; d. Help Desk and Ticketing User Guide; and e. Disaster Recovery Plan. All Deliverables must reflect the most current Software functionality, processes, and configurations. TRN-06 The Contractor must collaborate with a System Agency-designated vendor to design, develop, implement and maintain an interface between the Texas Medicaid Management Information System and the Software. TRN-07 The Contractor shall complete the transition of services within thirty (30) Calendar Days of the Contract Effective Date. This transition period shall include all necessary activities to ensure full operational readiness in accordance with the requirements of the Contract.
