1. Mesa Gateway Airport Authority (MGAA) is seeking a firm or individual(s) to design, implement, and test a user-friendly, modern, responsive website template that can be adapted across the Airport’s three external websites: www.gatewayairport.com, www.choosegatewayairport.com, and www.gatewayfbo.com. In addition, it is MGAA’s intent to have the selected Offeror provide support and maintenance upon completion of the design and implementation. The website template will meet the following criteria: a. Organized, intuitive navigation. b. A mechanism to add alerts/notices on a temporary basis. c. Mobile-first, responsive layout that displays substantially the same across browsers. d. Graphic-forward, modern design that is ADA-compliant (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 standards). e. Concise and clear copy. f. Search engine optimized with quick load speeds. g. Designed and developed for in-house updating. 2. The redesigned website will be hosted, by the selected Offeror, in a cloud-based environment and not onpremises. Offerors should ensure that all proposed solutions, technologies, and architectures are compatible with cloud hosting and optimized for performance, scalability, and security in a cloud infrastructure. 3. A list of MGAA’s current website functionalities, including integrations, is listed in Exhibit 1. 4. MGAA does not have a preferred Content Management System (CMS) and expects Offerors to propose/recommend a CMS solution that best aligns with the requirements outlined in this RFQ. 5. The Airport has not established a specific launch date for the project. Offerors are required to submit a proposed project timeline as part of their response, outlining key milestones and deliverables. Please refer to the RFQ for detailed submission requirements. The final project timeline will be determined in coordination with the selected Offeror. 6. The selected Offeror will be required to execute MGAA’s Professional Service Agreement (Exhibit 2) for the design and implementation services outlined in this RFQ. Upon final acceptance of the Scope of Work, as defined in the Professional Services Agreement, MGAA may execute the Offeror’s Support and Maintenance Agreement, subject to successful negotiation and approval of its terms and conditions. 7. MGAA shall have administrative access to all website files, content management systems (CMS), hosting accounts, and source code repositories associated with the website. Offeror may retain access to these systems solely for the purpose of providing support, maintenance, or updates as authorized by MGAA, but shall not claim any ownership or proprietary interest in the website or its components.
