Services the selected Consultant will be expected to provide include, but are not limited to: 1. Preparation of Conceptual Plans with Selected Unit Types and Architectural Styles. Prior to the selection of final construction plans, the City of Baldwin Park requests a set of three (3) ADU conceptual plans with Elevation Sheets and a Floor Plan sheet. The drafted conceptual plans will include the following options for multiple unit types and sizes listed below: Unit Type Square Feet Studio 500-600 SF 1 Bedroom 800SF 2 Bedroom 1000 SF The Consultant shall prepare architectural elevations for the three (3) ADU plans with two (2) options- Spanish and Minimal Traditional architectural styles. Therefore, a total of six (6) sets of elevations and floor plan sheets shall be provided. Roofline, exterior materials, and door and window fenestrations of each unit type shall be customized to reflect two (2) exterior architectural variations.
