The intent of this project is to address safety and operational needs at the intersection of US 93 and Bell Crossing, north of Victor. An alternatives analysis will be necessary to determine the appropriate traffic control at the intersection. The alternatives analysis will require an Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE), and consideration must be given to traffic operations (current and future), crash history, safety implications, intersection improvement options, environmental issues, right-of-way, utilities, geometrics and/or any other factors necessary to determine a preferred improvement alternative at this intersection. The end result of the alternative analysis will be a project recommendation outlining the preferred alternative and associated costs.
