This solicitation aims to identify qualified vendors to provide and install new cafeteria serving line equipment at George H. Gentry Junior School, located at 1919 E. Archer Rd, Baytown, TX 77521. The goal is to modernize and improve the efficiency, durability, and aesthetic of the student meal service process. The selected vendor will be responsible for : Supplying new cafeteria serving line equipment suitable for junior school students (grades 6-8). Removal of existing serving equipment and deliver to GCCISD's Facilities Management Complex, 3401 N. Main St. Baytown, TX 77521, attention: Greg Washington. Installation of all equipment, including any necessary utility hookups (electrical, plumbing, etc.). Equipment must be fully operational and ready for immediate use upon completion of installation. Coordination with school staff, facilities, maintenance, and nutrition departments. Providing warranty, manuals, and training for staff. Ensure ADA compliance and meet local health and safety codes as applicable.
