The work under this contract shall include complete restoration of the contract specified quantity of stained-glass windows as well as the furnishing and installing of new window frames and protective glazing. All work shall be performed in accordance with the project specifications and generally accepted practices and all applicable standards established by the applicable industry and regulatory agencies. The City Hall is listed in the State Register of Historic Places, all work must comply with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, and the project is being partially funded with a grant from the Massachusetts Preservation Projects Fund, Massachusetts Historical Commission.
