“Core Services” refers to the comprehensive administration and management of all aspects of the ITSM out-of-the-box system functionality for the Using Governmental Unit (UGU). This encompasses the hosting, configuration, maintenance, and management of all features and capabilities included within the licensing level obtained by the UGU for the ITSM system. The aim of these services is to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and user satisfaction of the ITSM system. The Contractor is expected to utilize their technical expertise and understanding of the ITSM platform to provide robust system support, efficient problem resolution, and continuous system improvements. Core Services may include, but are not limited to, • System Configuration • User Access and Security Management • Data Management • Feature Utilization and Optimization • Regular System Updates and Maintenance • And Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
