1. The Contractor shall provide the following cleaning supplies: disinfectant, brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, cleaning cloths, carpet cleaning machine, and any other equipment or supplies required to provide the services in the Scope of Work. 2. The Contractor shall provide all other needed items including but not limited to: floor buffer, other equipment and/or supplies, and all labor and supervision required to provide the services as detailed in the Scope of Work. 3. The Contractor shall provide a copy of the Scope of Work to all personnel assigned to provide the services in order to assure quality performance. 4. The Contractor or their designee shall meet with the Purchasing Agency’s Contract Administrator quarterly, at a minimum, to review the contract and any compliance issues. 5. The Contractor shall submit a proposed schedule for the quarterly, semi-annual, and annual services to be rendered, shall be presented to the Purchasing Agency’s Contract Administrator, Joshua Lutz, for approval prior to commencement of any services. Any change to the agreed upon schedule shall be subject to approval by the Purchasing Agency’s Contract Administrator.
