SCOPE OF WORK: The work consists of Emergency Egress Door Hardware and Security Improvements to a historic (1916), 105,000 SF building. The work includes general construction,. electrical, and security work on all floors. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Work on this project shall be covered by a Single Prime Contract. See technical specification sections 011100 Summary of Work (Work Covered by Contract) for details.
