Bid Item No.1: Payment shall be Linear Feet (LF) unit price to furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and any incidental to install 15-inch Cured-In-Pipe-Pipe Liner. Bid Item No.2: Payment shall be Linear Feet (LF) unit price to furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and any incidental to CCTV 15-inch pipe. Bid Item No.3: Payment shall be Linear Feet (LF) unit price to furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and any incidental to Clean 15-inch pipe. Bid Item No.4: Payment shall be Lump Sum (LS) price to furnish all equipment, labor, and incidental to by-pass pump wastewater flow. Bid Item No.5: Payment shall be lump sum (LS) to obtain all required insurance, bonds and incidental work necessary to mobilize labor, equipment and materials to and from the work site.
