1. Prepare engineering design documents for EVSE installation process, including, at a minimum: a. One-line electrical drawing depicting station’s electrical system b. Civil plan depicting proposed station location and utilities to-scale 2. Lead permit application process with the City’s Inspectional Services & Engineering Departments, which include: a. Engineering Street Occupancy permit, which requires a civil plan showing location of utilities to be installed and verification that pedestrian accessibility will be maintained. b. Traffic Management Plan (TMP) that shows how impacts to pedestrians and vehicles will be managed during construction process 3. Procure EVSE a. Procure CP6000-series charging station or comparable model of charging station that is OCPP compatible and networkable with the ChargePoint dashboard. 4. Site preparation for EVSE a. New panelboard in existing 200A service cabinet b. Install cabling and concrete pad for connection of EVSE to the upgraded panel. 5. Install EVSE to the prepared site and connect to the Chargepoint system
