The Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission (SNHPC), in partnership with the Piscataquog River Local Advisory Committee (PRLAC), invites qualified firms to submit statements of qualifications for technical services to support the update of the Piscataquog River Corridor Management Plan. The project area includes the designated river corridor and watershed communities of Deering, Francestown, Goffstown, Lyndeborough, Manchester, New Boston, and Weare. The Plan was last updated in 2010 and requires significant revision to reflect new scientific data, regulatory standards, community development, and environmental conditions. The update will provide a modern, science-based, and community-driven framework for the protection and restoration of water quality and habitat throughout the Piscataquog River watershed. This RFQ seeks a consultant with expertise in watershed management planning, water quality assessment, GIS mapping, stormwater and nonpoint source pollution mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. The selected consultant will collaborate closely with SNHPC staff and PRLAC members.
