The intent of this solicitation is to establish an Annual Requirements Contract with a qualified contractor to provide temporary labor services for Facility Maintenance, Event Operations, and Event Cleaning. Services will be performed at various facilities and venues owned, leased, or operated by the City of Arlington. Events include, but are not limited to, citywide special events, conventions, trade shows, banquets, tournaments, and indoor and outdoor public events. The selected company will be expected to provide the highest level of service to the City of Arlington (hereinafter referred to as the “VENUE”). The temporary labor needed will be a mix of part-time or full-time, long-term positions, as well as short-term, per-event based positions. The awarded VENDOR will provide services that maximize revenues and create operational efficiencies for the VENUE.
