The project will change channelization of the Potter St. and Lincon St intersection from a two-way stop-controlled intersection to a roundabout. Additional facilities will be built at the intersection for both Pedestrians and Bicycles. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements will be included as required. Traffic and Geometric Studies, Stormwater Improvements, Geotechnical Explorations and Environmental Mitigation connected to the nearby creek and wetland will be included as required. The Potter St. and Lincoln St. Roundabout project is supported with funding from Washington’s Climate Commitment Act. The CCA supports Washington’s climate action efforts by putting cap-and-invest dollars to work reducing climate pollution, creating jobs, and improving public health.
