Coordination with Kane County staff for the purpose of historical data collection, pavement data collection and analysis. Provide survey data collection, following the provision of ASTM Standard D6433 ‘Standard Practice for Roads and Parking lots Pavement Condition Index Surveys’, rating the pavement condition and producing the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) of each Kane County roadway, from data obtained with a Digital Survey Vehicle (DSV). Update KDOT’s Linear Reference System (LRS) Structural analysis of the county roadway network. Profile data collection identifying the roughness, using the International Roughness Index (IRI), of the county roadway network. Collect automated and geo-referenced high-resolution digital images of KDOT’s highways. Analyze data to assign maintenance, repair and rehabilitation priorities to the roadway network. Provide a written memo of findings based on the Pavement Management Services (PMS) collection of data. Provide additional asset management data collection, as directed, for guardrail within the County ROW as a separate deliverable in an ESRI Arcmap GIS Online Compatible format utilizing State Plane-Illinois East, NAD 83 projection. o Data collection of guardrail components shall include, unless otherwise agreed: County Road Name, Terminal Location, GPS ‘X’, GPS ‘Y’, Image of Traffic Barrier Terminal face, Terminal Type, Guardrail Height, Blockout Information, etc. See attached identification guide for reference.
