Contractor shall demolish and remove the existing dust collection system and provide a new wood dust collection system as provided in the attached drawings. All responsibilities and obligations set forth herein are directed at Contractor unless specifically stated otherwise. 4.1 Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to provide installation of a wood dust collection system in locations to be identified as set forth herein. 4.1.1. Contractor shall provide all labor ("Services"), materials (items that Contractor supplies to College and are incorporated into the System shall be referred to as “Materials”), tools and equipment (items that belong to Contractor that Contractor uses to perform the Services shall be referred to as “Equipment”). The Services, Equipment, and Materials shall be referred to collectively as “Work.” 4.1.2. If requested, contractor shall provide proof of applicable OSHA training for all employees who will be performing work on site. 4.1.3. Contractor shall provide any and all Services, Materials, Equipment not specifically mentioned in these specifications or set forth in the drawings, but required to complete the Work without requesting any additional time, to complete the Work and without any additional cost to the College. 4.1.4. Contractor shall subcontract the College’s fire alarm service contractor, Firecom, Inc., for the location, to coordinate and install all required devices and components identified in the fire alarm drawings to provide a completely functional system.
