Provide Maintenance & Protection of Traffic, Milling, Base Repair, Leveling, Binder & Wearing Courses, (Superpave), drainage and associated work. In addition to the above, the work will include: the Maintenance and Protection of Traffic During Construction (in strict conformance with Section 900 of PENN DOT EDITION, current Specifications, with Supplements, including 67 PA Code, Chapter 211; 67 PA Code, Chapter 203); providing access to adjacent residences and businesses at all times; all dewatering work; erosion and sedimentation control work as required; backfill and compaction work; protection of the public and workers at all times by complying to all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations; all hand work or piecemeal work as may be required to perform and complete the contract; all supervision and layout work; and all incidental work as defined in the Contract Documents.
