Church Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018, until October 9, 2025 at 10:00am, at which time Bids will be opened on the website for the 2025-41 Bridle Path Outfall and Swale Improvements Project, which website permits an unlimited number of persons to simultaneously observe the opened bids and automatic tabulation thereof at the same time that the information becomes available to OWNER. The Work to be performed for the 2025-41 Bridle Path Outfall and Swale Improvements Project consists of the following: Address the issues of siltation, scour, erosion and standing water occurring between an end wall structure on the West side of Center Street.
