COTA Transportation is searching for a contractor to ensure the fleet is operational at all times by providing timely and effective tire services, including emergency repairs and routine maintenance. The services are expected to enhance the safety and reliability of the fleet, thereby supporting the agency's mission. The selected contractor will provide tire repair & maintenance services for a fleet of less than 100 vehicles that includes: • passenger cars • SUVs • Vans • light-duty trucks • heavy duty trucks with rear axles • Golf carts/Gators The contractor must: • Service vehicles ranging from tire sizes 15 through 20 inches, including commercial half sizes. • Provide mobile tire repair services that can be scheduled on-site within 48 hours of the request. • Supply mounted wheel rims for COTA to store on-site for each type of vehicle currently in the fleet, ensuring that at least two rims of each type are available for immediate swap in case of a flat. • Provide COTA with ongoing information of current tires within fleet and condition. • Alert COTA when tire availability changes.
