Seattle-Tacoma International Airport requires ongoing planning support to assess airside facilities and the three primary functional elements of the terminal area: the terminal building, terminal apron, and terminal landside. This planning is essential to ensure effective review, coordination, and integration of proposed airport projects. Through these contracts, consultants will provide subject matter expertise to assist Port staff in identifying and developing projects within existing facilities. In addition, consultants will support the preparation of planning studies and preliminary design work for future projects, ensuring alignment with the Airport’s operational, regulatory, and long-term development needs
