Base Bids: Provide and install refrigerant hot gas reheat dehumidification kits for all existing geothermal Bard manufactured vertical unit ventilators. Provide and install duct-mounted electric reheat coils in existing supply ductwork for several existing geothermal heat pumps. All outside air dampers described in contract documents are existing-to-remain. Alpha Controls will upgrade all controls associated with existing ducted heat pumps: • This controls upgrade will take place at both Robeson and Bottenfield Elementary Schools • All dampers, control valves and actuators are existing-to-remain, only sensors and control boards will be replaced. • No new control panels will be installed. Alternate Bids: Alternate Bid No. 1: Full replacement of ducted heat pumps on stage. Include hot gas reheat integral to the units; delete duct-mounted reheat coil scope for these units. Alternate Bid No. 2: Replace Mitsubishi units in administrative offices. Central unit for cassettes is installed in library storage room. Verify these are VRF units (not geothermal).
