Competitive Positioning & Opportunity Identification: • Identify competitive advantages and challenges that affect Chenango County’s ability to attract and retain businesses. • Recommend priority industry clusters and emerging sectors for targeted growth. • Evaluate entrepreneurial ecosystem and small business development opportunities.
