The Contractor must provide comprehensive in-person and virtual On-Demand Court/Hearing Reporter Services as follows: • Supply all equipment, materials, supplies, licenses, permits, certifications, transportation, lodging, meals, packaging, postage/handling, and all other services and supplies necessary for, and incidental to, performing required services. • In-person and virtual Court/Hearing Reporter services shall be at Department offices and other locations as directed by the Department. • All personnel must be qualified and licensed to administer an oath, as requested by the Department. • Provide accurate transcripts, including copies of exhibits, within fourteen (14) calendar days, or on an expedited basis upon request, to the Department employee who scheduled the court/hearing reporter, in the format acceptable to the Department. • Must comply with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations that govern the performance and conduct of court/hearing reporters. • Provided court/hearing reporters must actively transcribe the hearing and must be able to read back questions and testimony in real time while the testimony is occurring.
