The accepted proposal will include documentation demonstrating functionality including but not limited to: • Family and non-relative kin name-based searches • List of data sources to which the system has access for searches • Maintenance of contact information • Automated and user created contact logs and discussion notes • Genogram or family tree design tool • Dashboard reflecting status of family connections • Audit Logs • Mobile Access Additional information below: 4.5.2.2. Vendors must provide examples demonstrating the implementation of name-based searches, including how the system accesses external databases and handles large datasets. • Document and disclose all external data sources used in the system. • Demonstrate whether data is curated/maintained or “as found” from partners. • Operate as a fully functional, stand-alone system w/o requiring Kansas system integrations. • Provide the ability to locate and identify Relatives or non relative kin children in foster care across multiple data sources. • Allow access for Kansas employees and approved vendor personnel with role-based permissions. • Retrieve, display, and export foster care data in a usable format (reports, dashboards, files).
