1. Set up work zone traffic control as detailed in the plans where required. 2. Phase 1 - Construct the bridge and approaches that can be constructed without disrupting existing travel lanes as shown in the plans. Construct temporary pavement on ramps. 3. Install overhead sign structure with proposed signs prior to the implementation of WZTC Phases 2 to 5. Temporary widening cannot occur until the existing overhead sign structure and the existing ground mounted guide sign are removed. If the Contractor elects to install the sign after Phase 2 has begun, but no later than the end of Phase 5, the Contractor shall install temporary signage at no additional cost, as approved by the engineer. 4. Phase 2 - Reconstruct Ramp A+G median with Ramp G travel lane and shoulder south of bridge and connection to work completed in Phase 1. Complete construction of Ramp A+G median and remainder of Ramp G North of bridge with inside shoulder and travel lane of Ramp H. 5. Phase 3 - Reconstruct Ramp A travel lane and shoulder South of bridge and connection to work completed in Phases 1 and 2. Complete construction of Ramp A travel lane North of the bridge.
