• Crane to Remove & dispose of the existing RTU per EPA requirements • Provide and Install (1) Temprite, Model TAH04-3350-BHC0 or Equal, Makeup Air Unit • Provide and Install curb adapter if needed and/or Flash Roof New Curb • Provide and install any wiring required to supply the power source to the MAU, if needed • Provide and Install Ductwork and Insulated Duct Connections • Provide and Install Weatherproof Disconnect • Provide Gas Piping disconnect reconnect • Provide Disconnect Reconnect of Hot Water Coil Piping • Provide and install a compatible thermostat and all associated wiring • Rigging and Installation of New unit • Prevailing Wages for all Labor • Check, Start-up, and 1-year warranty for Replacement of MAU.
