I. Program Administration; a. Communicate regularly with the Department, including attending meetings as requested; b. Participate in the Assessment and Accountability webinars, newsletters, in-person trainings, and meetings to represent NAEP; c. Work closely with the Department, NCES, and NCES contractors to ensure coordination and uniformity of messaging, activities, and resources; d. Participate in NAEP-sponsored webinars and trainings; e. Participate in various NAEP surveys; f. Prepare and submit NAEP work plan and activity reports; g. Send NAEP communications to districts and schools; h. Provide technical assistance to participating districts and schools; i. Upload student roster and verify/oversee the data quality; j. Gather and provide necessary data for and monitor school participation; k. Maintain the Department’s NAEP website; II. Program Monitoring; a. Travel to participating Idaho public schools (minimum of three) to observe the administration of NAEP; b. Complete and submit the observation checklist; III. Other Duties, Not to Exceed 10% (At Most Four Hours per Week) a. Lead the development, coordination, and implementation of projects, as assigned.
