A. MARTA’s Office of Facilities is responsible for the planning, design, construction, real estate, and asset management of all facilities for the Authority. The Contractor shall provide professional construction management consulting services, on an as-needed/ as-requested basis, for development and implementation of the IQCC System. B. MARTA plans to solicit the IQCC as a means of completing facility repair, alteration, and minor new construction projects. IQCC contracting utilizes a set of customized, pre-priced construction tasks as its basis for describing the work and setting pricing. C. The Contractor agrees that no minimum amount of work (or any work) is guaranteed to Contractor. The Contractor shall be paid for its services through the application of the Adjustment Factor for each individual project.
