Directional Boring & Conduit Installation The Contractor shall provide directional boring services to install one (1) new 4” conduit from the area adjacent to the A/C units to the parking lot island at the south end. The Contractor shall furnish and install a ground box at each end of the conduit, and shall also install one (1) new 4” conduit from the ground box by the A/C units into the generator room. Electrical Room Work The Contractor shall install one (1) new junction box at the ceiling and run one (1) new 1 ¼” conduit from the ceiling junction box to the electrical panel located next to the main gear in the electrical room. Charger Site Preparation & Conduit Runs The Contractor shall excavate and prepare holes for two (2) new charger bases at the first two parking stalls located on the south end of the island. See Exhibit A below for reference. The Contractor shall run one (1) new 1” conduit from the ceiling junction box to each charger location, pour concrete bases, and set customer-supplied bolt kits for charger mounting. In addition, the Contractor shall install four (4) new 3” bollard conduits, fill them with concrete, and finish them flush to serve as protective bollards.
