This is a turnkey project. All services required for the removal and replacement of wall coverings on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor of the Hall County Courthouse. The contractor will be responsible for removing all debris and job-related waste from the site upon completion of the project. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, material and supervision necessary for the completion of assigned tasks. Specifications: The following minimum specifications shall apply to the requested services: 3.1 Demount existing signs (includes providing temporary signage). 3.2 Strip existing wallcovering and existing base. 3.3 Patch holes. 3.4 Prep and Prime walls. 3.5 Purchase, Furnish, and install new VWC (Adega Cage` Stone CD2-ADE-17). a. 1st Floor approx. 9,300 Sq Ft b. 2nd Floor approx. 5,100 Sq Ft c. 3rd Floor approx. 4,515 Sq Ft 3.6 Reinstall existing signs upon completion.
